Ordering by Phone

We can be reached in person at (505) 293-6133 from 10am to 5pm (Mountain Time only). To place an order after hours or on Sundays, please leave a message on our answering machine at (505) 293-6133.

Ordering by Mail or Fax

Please type or print clearly the item(s) you are interested in. Include the Artist name, Item #, Color, Quantity, and Unit Price. Once we receive your request we will get back with you on availability and shipping costs. Please include shipping address and phone number. Shipping

We use the UPS Store located next door to us for all our shipping. Once we receive your order we will get back with you via email on availability and shipping costs (including insurance). Your credit card will not be charged until you agree to shipping charges. Weems Galleries will only charge you for the piece of artwork you are purchasing. Your credit card info will be given to the UPS Store to be charged for shipping by them.

Shipping Claims

Any shipping claims due to damaged or broken pieces should be filed through The UPS Store. Weems Gallery is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Special Orders

We do offer in most cases Special Orders. Please call a sales associate to discuss possibilities of special orders. Some orders are only available in special orders such as the Pottery Place Settings.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Weems Gallery is a consignment gallery, therefore we do not own the artwork. We pay the artist upon sale of the work, and thus cannot offer refunds on returns. However, we will gladly offer a store credit that can be used at a future date. Weems Gallery is also not responsible for shipping charges on pieces being returned or exchanged.

Liability

All Weems Galleries products are sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks and liability from the use of our products. Please always read the information provided with the merchandise regarding the proper use of the product. If you have any questions about the proper use, we are available to answer you questions.
